Fix transfers, PLEASE
I love the idea of players now being able to run down their contracts and leave on a free transfer if they choose, but right now if they're unhappy and submit a transfer request, even with like 3-4 years left on their deal, you're completely stuck.
You don't have the ability to renegotiate the contract, even to overpay them massively.
The player will never retract their transfer request even if they start getting starting XI time
Your delegates can never process any transfers that do come in for the player
To make it worse, notifications are completely broken. You will go from a player being seemingly happy to all of a sudden putting in a transfer request and then you're done
Can we have it so that a player will only run down their contract IF they have 12-18 months left on the deal and have it be without the annoying notifications of your delegates constantly working on a transfer that never happens. They can maybe tell you in advance going into their last year for example that they will not renew etc
Right now we have players with 3 / 4 / 5 years left on deals stuck constantly negotiating deals that never happen.
