Either Get rid of fc iq or fix it. The players are braindead and locked it to one position on the pitch. If They Are a Winger the will never track back, which is just unrealistic.
Also make gameplay more realistic by making the day players handle the ball and move with the ball more realistic. It is to stiff in fc 26.

The wingers also make no runs into the box - just running up and down the pitch, making the inside forward the only usable role for wingers. The role system as a whole is too restrictive and rigid, while the previous instruction-based system gave players more freedom.
