Goal Celebrations Need Serious Improvement

Goal celebrations feel outdated and unrealistic. 
Players often run alone toward midfield while teammates stand around doing NOTHING, making the scene feel unnatural.  These celebrations do not reflect anything close to be realistic.

Please Improve the goal celebration animations to make them more realistic and dynamic, with better teammate interactions. Also, please let us skip the celebration without skipping the goal replay. I enjoy watching the replay, but I often want to skip the celebration. This option would greatly improve the experience.
