Have you fixed the PC controller disconnecting issue during online games?

EA is technically scam when it comes to fixing issues. I go to support page to report a problem and it only gives me the option to read or write in forums. This is stupid. The controller disconnects at least 2-3 times during an online match and causes loses. I have tried the 60fps fix but now that fix does not even work. What are you guys even doing there? do you want me to play with keyboard and mouse?
