Dear EA Headquarters,
 
Greetings to the EA team. I am a dedicated player who specializes in the goalkeeper position. Currently, the goalkeeper role in Club Mode has become excessively challenging to play, and I urge your development team to address and resolve the existing issues affecting this position.
 
Within the game settings, three control modes are available for goalkeepers: Manual, Semi-Automatic, and Fully Automatic. Regrettably, the latter two assisted modes currently fail to provide adequate support—they do not effectively assist with blocking shots near the goalposts, nor do they offer reliable aid for the goalkeeper’s save actions. A critical issue arises during save attempts: when the right joystick is flicked in the incorrect direction, the goalkeeper’s movement becomes misaligned, frequently leading to conceded goals. This begs the question: what purpose do these three distinct goalkeeper modes serve if the assisted options cannot fulfill their core function of supporting players?
 
I kindly request that your team enhances the save performance of the assisted modes (Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic). Specifically, I hope the game can implement a minor directional correction for save attempts, even when the right joystick is flicked erroneously. At present, the goalkeeper position has reached a state where it is barely playable. If these issues persist, human-controlled goalkeepers will be overshadowed and even replaced by AI-controlled goalkeepers—effectively rendering us “out of a job” in the mode.
