Hello ThePercul8tor​ ,

This error is quite self explanatory, a login to Ultimate Team on the console is required. 

I get the same error from time to time because Ultimate Team wasn't closed correctly last time on the console. (Most likely a quit and never got back to the Ultimate Team menu)

Make sure next time to enter Ultimate team, close Ultimate then only after you can close the game.
