UEL Primetime missing upgrade

For almost a month now ea have not upgraded Lukáš Haraslíns Primetime Uel Card (the outstanding upgrade is the two silver playstyles for ending top 8 in the league playoffs). Any way that we can contact ea directly regarding this matter?
