Issue with EA Music auto-playing and commentary cutting out during gameplay

During gameplay, the EA music suddenly starts playing on its own, and the in-game commentary simultaneously cuts out.

I have to manually go into the settings to disable "Play music during gameplay" every single time this happens, which is very frustrating. This issue has been reported by other users for several months now. I have also reported this multiple times on the forum, but I have yet to receive a response or a solution.

Could you please explain why this is happening and if there is an official bug fix in progress? I would appreciate a clear update on this matter.
