Co-Op Player Career modes

Same league same teams, but friends can set up Co op career modes where they can all progress together player against each other or with each other. Basically pro clubs but with the real leagues and stuff. Think it would be fun. But if friends don’t play and level up they will fall behind it should not require all to play. If a friend isn’t on when you verse them they are benched. But if both are on they can play each other. Could expand it that a friend can manage your team too.
