I would love to tell you my ideas about career mode and new featurea i would love to add ;)
CAREER MODE (PLAYER)
1 YOUTH ACADEMY
1.1. I think startinG in a youth academy would be a great feature , and would made career mode more realistic so that you would need to fight your way to seniors
1.2 with this feature i would add that you could be realesd and you would move to another team or you could transfer there
1.3 with this you could be dropped to younger teams if youre for a example playing bad or not having any minutes so like what i mean is that if you go from u18 to u20 that you wouldn't have guaranteed stay in the u20 team and you could drop back to u18 in the middle of the season
2 MORE WEARING KITS STYLES
2.1 I would just love more styles like the sleeves lenght and like that
3 MORE PLAYABLE SEASONS
3.1 Would be good if there werent only 10 seasons you could play
CAREER MODE (MANAGER)
1 MORE REALISTIC MANAGER PATH )
1.1 You could add features like that you can starts as a u21 coach or an assistant coach and work you way up
1.2 great feature would be that you could be unemployed and would search for an job
1.3 please fix manager market because it just not realistic that a top team that is first on the table sack their coach for no reasons please fix this !!!!!!!!
1.4 Please i would love to se that you could coach the national team without having to coach a team at the sime time this could make the game even more realistic
1.5 I would really love to have a feature that you can have the academy kids in the first team in reserves but at the same time they could still play in a academy so that if you maybe need them for a game or two and then they could go back to the academy
1.6 I think having 20 other staff is just unrealistic i think the feature should stay but it should be remodeled like having 6 other staff ( 1 set pieces coach , fitness coach amd that staff that could then influenced how the team play and their fitness level is )
