true online manager mode could be huge because:

Friends could rebuild clubs together

Transfer battles would feel real

Long-term leagues would be more immersive

Content creators would make massive series from it

A lot of players feel this would refresh Career Mode more than just adding menus or cutscenes.

Online seasons over multiple years

Live negotiations/transfers

Co-op or competitive leagues

Match scheduling like fantasy leagues

EA already has pieces of the tech:

Online leagues

Clubs/Pro Clubs

Ultimate Team online infrastructure

Connected saves/cloud systems

So it’s not impossible at all — it’s more a design/business decision.
