Pack contents are random and you have the same chance of packing any one item as any other user.

When someone keeps getting the worst cards most of the times and another gets the best most of the time it means that the logic is broken as I’m assuming good intentions

  As I said slighahmed you have the same chance to pack any one item as any other user. There is nothing in game that gives any one an advantage over any other in regards pack contents.
