Permanent playstyles

Same here. I play as a midfielder to make the game make sense; otherwise, the AI does nothing, and being in that position I can't unlock striker playstyles.
Also, to get Playstyle+, you need 60% of a personality level and the highest I've been able to reach is 43%.
