Player Career mode Transfer and skills distribution

EA really needs to bring back the former methods of transfer on player careers where we could put in transfer requests and actually get transferred in the January window. This new method is so frustrating. I literally haven't played one career mode past 3 seasons because of being stuck with such limited decisions.
