Feedback Details
Defensive AI Behavior
Rigid defensive zones
AI players appear to react only within fixed defensive areas.
When opponents play through balls behind the defensive line, CBs and SBs respond, but the DMF often does not track back and instead walks.
This behavior feels unrealistic and disrupts defensive structure.
Lack of defensive shifting and covering
AI players remain locked to their positional template and do not perform basic covering actions.
There is no visible concept of defensive sliding or cooperative coverage.
This results in ineffective and unrealistic defending.
Throw-ins and Set-Piece Logic
AI players consistently pass back to the exact spot where the call was made, regardless of pressure or available options.
There is no adaptive decision-making based on match context.
This leads to predictable and unnatural outcomes.
AI Passing Decisions and Attacking Behavior
Inability to make safe decisions
AI often chooses high-risk actions instead of simple and safe options such as passing back to the goalkeeper.
This frequently results in unnecessary turnovers.
Tactical instructions not functioning as described
Some tactical instructions do not behave as expected.
For example, “Stay Wide” causes midfielders to stand too high on the offside line rather than maintaining width in buildup.
“Get in Behind” often triggers a single run, followed by long periods of inactivity.
These behaviors do not match the tactical descriptions.
Ineffective wing play
AI players on the wing often dribble slowly toward the corner under pressure.
They delay passes until teammates become offside.
They also struggle to receive the ball while making forward runs.
This reduces realism and attacking fluidity.
Seasonal Level Cap Increases
Each season, the maximum player level increases in Pro Clubs.
However, continuously raising the cap does not necessarily improve gameplay balance.
Most players do not participate in full 11v11 matches.
As a result, many builds focus entirely on extreme pace and repeated runs in behind the defense.
Introducing more meaningful attribute limitations could encourage greater tactical diversity and more authentic football behavior.
Closing Statement
I love football, and I love the FC series. I play almost every day.
This game brings me joy, but recently the frustration has begun to outweigh the fun.
My feedback comes from long-term engagement and a genuine desire to see Pro Clubs reach its full potential.
I sincerely hope the development team will consider these issues.
