Problem

Hello,

I’m reporting a recurring issue with your servers in FC 26. I was in the middle of a match that was 1-1 and clearly under control when the game started lagging heavily and then disconnected me. The system counted it as a loss, which is completely unacceptable.

This is NOT the first time this has happened. The game frequently stutters, freezes in menus, and randomly disconnects even when my internet connection is stable.

Losing matches because of your server instability is extremely frustrating and unfair. I expect this issue to be properly investigated, and compensation should seriously be considered when players lose progress due to technical faults on your side.

Please don’t send a generic response — this is a persistent problem that needs a real fix.
