Request to Improve Career Mode Realism

Dear Development Team,

I would like to share some feedback regarding the Career Mode. Unfortunately, it currently feels too easy and not well balanced with reality, even when setting the highest AI difficulty. For example, it becomes possible to win the league quite easily with a team like Parma, which reduces the overall enjoyment and challenge.

To improve the experience, I strongly suggest making match results and game difficulty more realistic. Increasing the difficulty of away matches, or generally enhancing the AI’s tactical behavior, could help make Career Mode more competitive and engaging.
