Rivals ranking glitch

I was in a promotion match to move from division 5 into division 4, being on a win streak and also winning the match after winning the game kicked me out of ultimate team and once I loaded back into rivals screen I saw that the match I won did not take me to division 4. Mind you this has been a full day of playing rivals being mismatched with players from higher divisions like division 2. Which is extremely inconvenient both the glitching of rivals and also the mismatch making, it honestly demotivates me to actually use money for this game because then what is the use of buying coins and fc points to unpack store pack or buy players. This game has never been this broken before and unfair.
