Silver Superstars Issues

My controller did not want to let me control my players today, i played yesterday just fine. The controller allowed me to pause and change settings or leave the match but wouldn’t let me actually play the game. The icon above my players was orange, not the usual red or blue. So i had to quit two games so far since i couldn’t actually play the game. And therefore making the rewards harder to get. Not sure why the rewards are put behind a limited number of games when there is always issues with connectivity, cheaters/hackers, and the servers. Yesterday I won in penalties and my game immediately crashed right after, and yes I got a DNF warning and did not get the win. Please remove the number of games limit or fix the multiple issues with the game!
