Substitutes must not be treated differently from The starting 11!

It gets annoying watching substitutes always mingling among themselves and away from the starting 11. This happens during end of match and trophy cut scenes.

substitutes celebrate among themselves as if they’re not part of the entire team. When there’s a trophy scene they’re always seen at the back. When there’s end of match scene comes up even someone who played the match but was substituted is seen mingling with only subs. 
it doesn’t make the game realistic. I wish it can be rectified!
