Suggestions for Improving AI Build-Up Variety and Passing technique
Hello everyone! I’ve put a lot of hours into Manager Career Mode. This post covers gameplay improvements I’ve noticed during my time with the game. I’m sharing this in the hope that the EA support team will read it and consider these points for future updates.
I feel that AI-controlled teams tend to rely too heavily on short passes during build-up play from the back, which can make matches feel repetitive and less engaging.
When many players are overloaded on one side of the pitch, I’d love to see the AI attempt more long passes to the opposite side to switch the point of attack. Adding this kind of attacking variation as a future patch would greatly improve realism and enjoyment.
I’d also appreciate more variety in passing techniques. At the moment, FC mainly feels limited to ground passes and lofted passes, which makes passing patterns somewhat predictable.
It would be great if a passing technique were added where the ball bounces multiple times along the ground and travels forward quickly, similar to what players like Çalhanoğlu do.
