The game so slow even though it's competitive setting

When I bought this game, gameplay was fluid, in competitive setting it was so fun,

I use porsmouth, so I don't really sure if it's because it's small team, or the DEV change the gameplay, 

It's so slow now, even though it's competitive setting, 

I'm using 40 FPS dynamicFPS, 

Is it suppose to be this way ? because even though I used porsmouth, the gameplay was fluid and fast,
