Hello EA Sports FC team,

I would like to report a serious gameplay responsiveness issue that I have been experiencing in EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team for the past few days.

I am playing on an Xbox Series S. My controller is new and works perfectly in other games and game modes. The problem only happens in Ultimate Team online matches.

During matches, my players often feel extremely slow and unresponsive. There is noticeable input delay between pressing a button and the player reacting. Sometimes my players do not respond immediately at all. Passing, turning, sprinting, changing direction, and other actions can feel delayed and sluggish.

My connection appears to be stable, and my ping is around 33 ms. I have already tried the usual troubleshooting steps, including restarting my Xbox and router, checking my connection, and testing other game modes. Offline modes such as Kick Off do not have the same problem.

This makes me believe the issue may be related to Ultimate Team gameplay responsiveness, server connection, matchmaking, or synchronization rather than my controller or Xbox.

Could you please investigate whether there is currently a known issue affecting Ultimate Team gameplay responsiveness, especially for players connecting from the Middle East region?

I would really appreciate it if this issue could be investigated and acknowledged if it is a known problem.
