Ultimate Team FBS drop to 6, 9, and 12 in PC gaming

I checked for multiple solutions which are below:

1. Turned off cross-play (which helped a little, but didn't achieve the intended purpose).

2- changed FBS setting from the configuration file

3- tried multiple graphics settings

4- Tried both wired and wireless controllers

5- Tried kickoff and worked fine, but whenever I try Ultimate Team or go online, the same issue persists.

The game also resets the graphics settings when this happens, and when I reset the game, it goes windowed again, like I did nothing in my settings.

No solution worked, while PC users are facing the same issue, and I'm losing interest and points in my Ultimate Team rivals for no other reason.
