UT is awful on Switch 2

I have been playing Fifa on Switch since 2019 and have always enjoyed it. I always played manager mode and this year I was impressed with the gameplay and graphics on Switch 2 so I decided to try Ultimate Team. During pre-release I was hooked and even decided to buy packs to try and get more of my favorite players.

I quickly started to realize that Ultimate Team is completely unviable on Switch 2. Had I know there was no crossplay, I would've never bought this game. I wait up to an hour to get a single rivals match. I have spent around 4 hours waiting unsuccessfully to get into a Rush match. The Foundations and Rush rewards with always be locked for me. I paid the same amount on this game as a PS/Xbox/PC but I only get half the experience. Same issues with finding games on Gauntlet and Live Events. I should be able to get games and earn rewards.

The community is dead due to lack of crossplay and matchmaking never finding me teammates. Even if I could find matches, it's not right that you basically have to pay to win with buying packs. I wish I could get a refund on the game and all the packs I bought but I know it's hopeless. This will be the last time I ever buy another game from EA. Hope all that Saudi money is worth exploiting your loyal player base for.
