Webapp features deactivated

Hi Darko,

I have the same issue, everytime I log into web app or companion, everything says, Features Disabled  THIS IS THE- Objectives, Store, SBCs, Transfer Market- Its been like this for a week, and certain players are falling behind due to others having access and I cant.

Please let us know or help find a fix, there is handfulls of people with the same issue on here.

It says "This feature is disabled" If i would translate it from German to English "This feature is deactivated"

Facing the exact same issue. I can see my squad and that's pretty much it. Can't access the store, SBCs, transfer market etc.

Does it have something to do with that I have not bought the game yet EA_Darko

Could be that you have not unlocked access.

I have used the webapp and the companion app without any issues since the release. I was able to go on the transfer market, completed SBC's, opening packs in the store. It all started after i finished my 10 hours trial EA_Darko 

I have the same problem. I,m player of Xbox Series S. I can´t see the Web App and Companion until the last sunday... Help us, please! EA_Darko​ 

If you have used up the trial and do not currently have the UE of the game then you may need to wait till the full game launches tomorrow to use the web app.
