When exactly is the perfect time to start a career mode ?

A genuine question here but when exactly should I begin manager mode ?

Why do I need to restart my save when there’s always a new update of the squad ?

don’t even get me started about “live points” there’s nothing live ,more like “dead points” or “we forgot to update live points”
