Wrongfully banned from transfer market

I’ve been wrongfully banned from the transfer market on eafc 26. Apparently I was coin distributing which isn’t the case whatsoever was purchasing UEFA Erling Haaland and reselling and was hit with the ban the “customer support” isn’t support at all all automated responses and no help whatsoever appeal been rejected twice and I’ve not been able to speak to an actual human being to discuss my situation.Even more annoying the fact I’ve put money into the game to buy points and over 300 hours this year. I understand it isn’t a ban from the game completely but I only really play ultimate team and this may aswell be a ban from that as the market is sure a key and important park of the game especially for players with such poor pack luck been a ea member since 2014 and the fact a company the size of ea lacks a basic and help “customer support” is ridiculous. The only reason I can think for my ban is that Ai is the reason and not a person, I play on steam and the market on pc is so inactive I’ve probably bought or sold to the same player before especially with the haaland card as there never even a full page for it. This system of ban and no human response is beyond poor and need to change.
