Youth Academy in FC26 Career Mode

Hello, 

I would like to share some suggestions how to make the youth academy better in manager and player career mode.

1. League system (Manager CM): Youth teams are competing against eachother: Your youth team plays against the youth teams of the clubs that are in the same league as the first team, home and away in scheduled games and you can either play or simulate the games. 
2. Scouting (Manager CM): You can scout the games and maybe find interesting youth players from other teams, you can sign, or rather offer a contract.
3. Playing (Player CM): Playing in the youth teams, complete objectives to earn the contract of other clubs like in the normal player career mode. You can start with 14-18 (free choice) and you can tell the manager that you're ready for the first team, like the players do in Manager Career Mode. More cutscenes and a story mode in the youth teams would work brilliant. The playing could work in the scheduled league system (mentioned before) with an optional training before every game.
