7 Subs Bug in Career Mode

Started my Career Mode with Arsenal and I was disappointed to see that I can only have 7 subs on the bench for my first Premier League game. 

I think this is a bug with the latest squad update because I tested a career mode with the initial squads and it gave me 9 subs.
