All live events have been terrible

Hello. First of all this games crashed way too often. Because of this I’ve missed out on many rewards. However today I should be onto the semi finals for the cornerstones tourney and the tournament has disappeared. I can’t find it anymore. 

Everything that has gone wrong has. I need compensation I have paid $100 for this piece of trash.
