App crashing on Rush

Hi I get kicked out of fifa when I play online at least 4 times a day. The app crashes and I’m brought to the home page. It’s the only game this happens with. I’m using an Ethernet cable so it’s NOT MY CONNECTION. I can play call or duty online with no issue only on FIFA the app crashes
