Can't play Division Rivals (VSA,H2H,Manager Mode)

When I start to play a Division Rival, then it starts timer as same as normal. But after few seconds it shows "Matchmaking Failed". Please fix this bug for me. 

My ingame name - SSR_B2W (117 OVR)
