Clubs 10,000 Instant AXP

Question

I dont have the the 10,000 Instant AXP discount in Club Store.

Cant get any notification or anything in-game that I could buy the 10,000 Instant AXP . I'ts like I have the "old version" of the game. Same thing happend with the 35 game booster. Never got it or could not buy it. Never got fixed. I have the same old FC NEWS in front page. So now I have missed a 35 games booster and 10,000 instant axp dicount.

EA didn't fix this and hasn't been in touch with those who have had this same problem in both cases. There’s been no communication or contact whatsoever.

Do you mean the 20,000 Instant AXP? If there was a discount on the 10,000 Instant AXPs then I also didn't get notified about it.

I similarly never got the 35 game AXP boost, despite raising the issue several times and logging a formal complaint via EA Help, and likewise I don't have the notification in my 'News' regarding the upcoming 20,000 Instant AXP, whereas my friends do (image taken by a friend).

Either these things are bugged beyond EA's capability to fix them, or these promos are targeted so not all players get them. I don't know why the latter would be the case though, as it isn't fair to arbitrarily reward certain players.
