CLUBS AND FC HUB(PASS)

Hi, I've been unable to access the "Clubs" game mode and "FC Hub" in the game for about 4 months. Please find a solution to this. The error code for Clubs is: "Unable to connect to EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again." I've been getting this error for 4 months despite having a good internet connection.
