Development plans for free kick accuracy and pens

Can you add a development plan for ST, LW, RW, RM, LM, CAM, CM, CDM ,RB and LB that let's you improve a players FREE KICK ACCURACY AND PENALTIES. It's so annoying when I develop a youth player or a below 70 rated player to a high overall and they can't take a FREE KICK or PENALTY because their FREE KICK ACCURACY AND/OR PENALTIES stays at 37 or some **bleep** like that when they're 93 RATED
