But if when i play with lag around 200ms(with best friends in different area) when someone hot join I will be always kicked off during waiting period.Pls update this bug thanks!

could you please explain your situation in some more details? When someone with a high ping tries to hot join, you get disconnected?

i tried 4-5times and it worked well. this hot join function is perfect. i hope it can be extended to make at maximum 5 players join during matches.

It would be so great if people who have lagged out of a clubs match have the ability to rejoin the game once back in the lobby. 

It could work just like the ‘Live Join’ feature. Would help a lot of people, also the live join feature is currently bugged when there is a 11v11 match being played. The game ends up crashing for people majority of the time. 

EA F1 26 has a rejoin feature for people who have lagged out, FC26 needs one too.

EA_Vendcera​ I experience the same problem as NRG_NBshuoshuo​. When someone with a high ping tries to hot join, that person would always get disconnected.

If a fix for this cannot be done quickly, I suggest updating the team matching logic to: When a team turns "Enable hot join" off, they can also match teams with this setting "On"  but then both teams cannot sub in players in that particular game. This allows a larger pool of teams to be matched even for teams that have to turns "Enable hot join" off because of this bug. I believe the current logic is if a team turns both "Enable hot join" off, and "Match with your setting" off, it can get matched with a team with "Enable hot join" which causes the bug again.

Otherwise this is a welcomed addition to the game overall and as others suggested, even better if kicked out teammates can join once in the same game.

NRG reported that when he is playing with a high ping, another player joining in the middle of the game causes a disconnect. This is different from the issue where a player with high ping cause disconnection to one or some of opponent teamate when joining an ongoing game. Please review the issue again.

If we assume that the issue you mentioned is different from NRG’s case, it would be ideal for both problems to be resolved. However, if fixing them takes a long time, NRG should use a server closer to their region, and for Art’s issue, unfortunately temporary workaround would be to turn off "enable hot join" and turns on "match with your settings". and im sorry to say that the method you suggested is somewhat controversal, as it could disadvantage teams that are able to use the hot join feature normally. Additionally, there's no way to know your opponent's ping unless you ask him directly. If you asked him, please capture the relevant chat and attach it to your bug report.

Considering the context of your post (and including logical reasoning that if the being kicked person was the opposing teammate there would be no need to report this issue in the first place),

i interpreted that your team had hotjoin disabled, and some of your teammates are being kicked out mid-game when a high-ping player from the opposing team joins.

The exact wording from NRG’ s reply is “But if when i play with lag around 200ms(with best friends in different area) when someone hot join I will be always kicked off during waiting period” - which means he is the one playing with high ping AND he is the one being kicked out (regardless of he is the one subbing in or not). I have the same issue within the team and hope that is clear now.

And it would not be fixed by picking a closer region server since the setting is for the whole team, meaning a smaller ping for player A will always result in a higher ping for player B in return because they are physically in different regions.

If a team thinks they are being disadvantaged, they can turn “match with your settings” on to make sure they always face teams that also want to make sub. There is no right or wrong in this, and the reason for my suggestion is that there aren’t many teams with “enable hot join” off which make it harder to match. The best fix would always be fixing the kick out issue directly.

Your high ping is due to the fact that your region is far from the data center of your club. Therefore, to lower your ping, you must leave your current club and search for a club in your region in the club finder settings. It's unfair that both your teammates and your opponents have to accept not using hot join feature because of one person's fault. If you were kicked because someone with a high ping from the opposing team joined mid-game, it's worth considering. Jesus, I don't know if I really need to explain this in detail.
