I cannot respond to offers for player transfers in career mode.

In the manager career mode that I started 7 days ago on PlayStation 5, I see a 'no action available' notification in the offers made to the players and I cannot respond to transfer offers. Depending ...

Absolute joke!!! 
My players are getting sold without any warning that a  club has put in a transfer request on my own players!!!!!!! 

Players that want to leave and hand in a transfer request don’t ever leave and stay unhappy at the club!!!!!! Ruins the whole game mode!!!!!!!! SORT IT OUT ITS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!  YOUVE SOLD A BROKEN GAME ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FIX IT ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
