I can't access Pro Clubs

Every time I enter Clubs mode, this message appears: Unable to connect to EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again. This started today, but I can still access other modes like Ultimate Team, Seasons, and Career mode. This happened after I downloaded the EA Companion app; I think it's related.
