Karriemodus / Career modus bugs

Nach den ersten Tagen offline Karrieremodus, habe ich folgende Bugs entdeckt:
- Spieler wollen eine Gehaltserhöhung, aber es gibt keine Nachricht dazu. Erst wenn derselbe Spieler dich wieder darauf anspricht. Dadurch wird er sofort auf die Transferliste gesetzt.
- Weiß nicht ob so gewollt, aber grundsätzlich ist es schwierig mit Spielern über neue Verträge zu sprechen. Diese lehnen es grundsätzlich ab. Komischerweise sind es dann auch die Spieler die dann kurze Zeit später eine Gehaltserhöhung wollen.
- Viele Spieler mit Heimweh! Teilweise kann man ihnen dann auch nur sagen das man sich nicht so anstellen soll, was den Spieler traurig macht und man ihn sogar verkaufen MUSS. Einmal hat sich sogar das Spiel selbstständig gemacht und mein Spieler wurde, ohne das ich verhandelt habe, für einen Spottpreis verkauft. WTF?!
- Zu Heimweh: Es hilft da teilweise nur einen anderen Spieler aus dem selben Land zu verpflichten.
- Trainermarkt I: Immer wieder kommen Erinnerungsmails das man sich doch die offenen Stellen anschauen soll. Selbst wenn man das gemacht hat, kommen diese Mails immer wieder. Macht für mich irgendwie keinen Sinn.
- Trainermarkt II: Finde es etwas unrealistisch das vor allem bei Vereinen die um den Abstieg spielen oder gar Tabellenletzter sind die Trainer als "sicher" eingestuft werden. Das ist in der Wirklichkeit eher selten der Fall.
- Jugendscouts: Ist die Aufgabe in der Zeit erledigt, gibt es keine Chance den Scout zurück zu rufen. Hier muss man erst die Erinnerungen abwarten, dass die Berichte veraltet sind und die Scouts dann automatisch zurück kehren.
- Taktik: Hier bin ich mir unsicher. Man kann zwischen "mit Ball" und "ohne Ball" die Formation sehen. Ich fand bisher noch keinen Weg, die Formation bei "ohne Ball" zu ändern.
- Emailabruf: Wo geht das? In den Vorgängerversionen war dies immer im Büro ein zu sehen. Jetzt geht das nur wenn man eine neue Email bekommt in der Zentrale.

After the first few days of offline career mode, I discovered the following bugs:
- Players want a raise, but there's no notification. Only when the same player asks you about it again does he get immediately put on the transfer list.
- I don't know if that's intentional, but it's generally difficult to talk to players about new contracts. They generally refuse. Strangely enough, it's also the players who then want a raise shortly afterward.
- A lot of players are homesick! Sometimes you can only tell them not to act like that, which makes the player sad and you even HAVE to sell him. Once, the game even went off on its own, and my player was sold for a ridiculously low price without me negotiating. WTF?!
-Regarding homesickness: Sometimes the only thing that helps is to sign another player from the same country.
- Trainer Market I: I keep getting reminder emails telling me to check out the vacancies. Even if you've done that, these emails keep coming back. It doesn't really make sense to me.
- Coaching Market II: I find it a bit unrealistic that, especially for clubs fighting against relegation or even at the bottom of the table, coaches are classified as "safe." This is rarely the case in reality.
- Youth Scouts: If the task is completed within the time limit, there's no chance of recalling the scout. Here, you have to wait for the reminders that the reports are out of date, and then the scouts will automatically return.
- Tactics: I'm not sure about this. You can see the formation between "with the ball" and "without the ball." I haven't found a way to change the formation when "without the ball" yet.
- Email Retrieval: Where can I do this? In previous versions, this was always visible in the office. Now, it only works when you receive a new email from headquarters.
