Missing rewards

I got 8 wins on champs I know it isn’t that good but I got the rewards of 7 wins it might not seem like much but still I could’ve gotten a good player pick then  I went to ea help and they said they couldn’t do anything put something on here it would have been at least helpful to get some sort of compensation
