Problem with manager career

I've reported this problem before and I went ignored.  I dont know what triggers this but after a while of playing manager career my team sheets all disappear but my "default", now recently rather than ridding of my team sheets, it replaces one of my team sheets I made with the default team sheet of the team I manage.  For example I play with a 4-2-3-1 WIDE on my 'prospects' TS then after a while of playing, playing games, checking academy players, the managerial stuff, I see my teamsheets went from 4 to 3 and my 'prospects' 4-2-3-1 TS becomes a 'default 4-1-2-1-2 NARROW.  Please fix this, it's been a problem with me since FC25, and this is a  different console than the one I played on when I played FC25, so it's not my console, or re-downloading.  It's a game issue.  And this is only one of the problems.
