Transfer Market Locked in FC26 After Objectives (2 Months No Fix)

I am having an issue with Transfer Market access on my FC26 Web App account that has now been ongoing for nearly 2 months. I understand I broke rules in FC25 and accepted the enforcement at the time. However, restrictions are not meant to carry over into FC26. In FC26 I have completed all required objectives and met eligibility requirements, yet the market is still locked. I contacted support 2 months ago and never received a response, and live chat was ended without help. This suggests my account may be incorrectly flagged. I am at a competitive disadvantage and would like this reviewed or escalated. I am requesting access to be restored or a clear explanation.
