Why does the PS4 version has no Hypermotion

The game  is good but i don't understand why the game Hypermotion is featured only in the PS5 version of the game.

I have a PS4 but any time i score a goal i don't get the vibe like just because of the absence of the Hypermotion in the PS4

Guys lets try to ask EA  SPORTS a favor

Let they please enable the "Hypermotion Feature" in the Game
