14k points missing
When I transferred my points across this morning I only received 100 out of 14800 and live chat are saying they can’t fix their own mistakes and that I have to spend the points on fc25. Is there any way to solve this issue?

on the first launch of ut it will ask if u want to transfer ur points if u never clicked yes thats a you problem
