2 beta codes sent to the same email and new gen code wasn’t working

Hi all, sorry to bother you I received the beta codes on a relatives email for my account both xbox one and xbox series S/X.

I went to redeem the Xbox series S/X and it did not end up working and I can only access the Xbox one version. When I have my preference set to Xbox series S/X and was hoping to resolve this issue and receive a new code for Xbox series S/X
