I have, in the last 8 months since the game launched, posted on these boards with all kinds of different content - from suggestions, to bugs, to online feedback, etc. I've tagged EA_Darko and EA_Vendcera at least 15 times in various posts. Not once have either of them had the decency to respond to me.
The truth is, this forum is a formality. They don't actually address critical bugs or consumer feedback.
We're all just chasing our tails here, unfortunately.
