Re: EA wrongful ban wave to non cheaters

My account on apex has just been banned. A couple days ago I tried linking my steam account to my Xbox account because it had some money put into it. After linking it I tried to play and found out my account was perma banned now. So I guess my Xbox account had been banned for three years without me knowing. Than I sent two appeals(ongoing third) and they denied me. I told them that I have had my PC for many years and I have about 90 hours so far on steam that is completely clean. Than I told them that I dont even think I owned an Xbox or Playstation three years ago due to my PC being built. So it gave me two options of why I got banned. One someone hacked my account and played on it and cheated or two they simply made a mistake. I want to talk to an actual employee but I dont know how. It feels like with these appeals they are just AI generated. This is a completely false ban and I want someone to actually look at this because I know I didn't cheat. I have played apex for many years and was clean during all of it. I just want to be able to play the game again.
