Account was hacked and its been 10days

So my account was hacked into whilst i was at work and all my coins and any tradables were sold leaving me with a transfer ban. I contacted ea help and they immediately said there was suspicious sign ins (which i have seen for myself after downloading my data).

They told me how to appeal the ban and then passed on all my missing content to a team to help restore them. I thought this was amazing until 3days later they went and permanently banned my account from all online fc modes.

when i contacted them again they said not to worry and just wait for the active case to be solved, all in all its been 10days since my account was hacked and I’ve been unable to play the game. 

Does anyone know how to speed this process up??? Thank you!
