APPEAL EA

I've tried to appeal several times, but I keep getting an error that the case could not be created. I've tried again a few hours later, and it's still the same, so I'm writing here.

Dear EA Team

I request that you reconsider the decision to ban my EA SPORTS FC 26 account due to alleged transfers of funds.
I would like to emphasize that I have never participated in any transfers of coins, resources, or items between accounts, either with other people or between my own accounts. I play solely within the game's rules.

I would also like to emphasize that I do not have access to the transfer market in the Web App; I can only use the market in-game. Therefore, I have not even had the opportunity to make any suspicious transactions outside of the game.

Please thoroughly review my account logs, in particular:

the history of coin flows, card purchases and sales, and any attempted transfers between accounts.

I am confident that analysis of this data will confirm my integrity and the absence of any actions violating the rules.

I kindly request that you reconsider this matter and lift the ban.
